Case studies
Real businesses, real problems, and the websites and software we built to solve them.
Apple Fitness Equipment: A website that books the service calls, and the software that runs them.
Apple Fitness repairs, maintains and sells commercial and home gym equipment across Central PA. We rebuilt their website around the two things customers come for, and built the internal app their team uses to run jobs, track hours and handle time off.
The website

One clear job: get a down machine back in service. The work-order card shows what a request looks like.
The team app

Who's working right now, hours this week, the latest jobs and time off waiting for review.
Their old WordPress site made customers dig for a phone number, and the catalog was hard to browse. Behind the scenes, hours, job sites and time-off requests lived in paper timesheets and "where are you?" texts.
- A fast new website with a clear path to schedule service
- A browsable equipment catalog with a quote list instead of online prices
- Every old page redirected, so nothing they'd built on Google was lost
- A phone app for techs: clock in, start a job clock that records the site's location, and leave notes by voice
- AI that cleans up quick field notes, fixing brand names and shorthand
- An office dashboard with live hours, payroll-ready PDF timesheets, CSV export and one-tap PTO approvals
Customers can find a machine, build a quote or book a repair in a couple of minutes. The office sees who's on the clock, where each job happened and what was done, without a single text.
Vantage: A companion app that reads the whole lobby before the round starts.
Vantage gives Valorant players the stats on everyone in their match the moment it loads: ranks, recent form and who's queued together. It runs right in the browser, on a PC or on a phone beside the screen. We built the app, the accounts and billing behind it, and the website that sells it.

Both teams the moment the match loads: agents, ranks, recent stats and who's queued together.
Players were tabbing out to tracker sites and typing in names one at a time, with seconds left in agent select. Vantage needed the whole lobby on one screen, fast enough to matter, without asking anyone to install anything.
- A web app that runs in any browser, with nothing to install
- Sign-in through Riot Mobile: scan a QR code, and Vantage never sees the player's password
- Rank, K/D, headshot rate, combat score and win rate for all ten players, live as the match loads
- Party detection and quick notes on what's worth knowing about each lobby
- Player search with rank history, plus a tracker for tonight's session
- Accounts, Stripe subscriptions and the vantagevalorant.com website
Players open a tab, or their phone, and see the whole lobby in seconds, with no tabbing out and no typing names. Every update ships the moment it's live, with nothing for players to download.
